Central AC unit stopped cooling 2 days ago. Thermostat set to 72°F but house won't drop below 82°F. Unit runs constantly. System is a 5-ton Carrier installed 2018. No unusual sounds.
Need a dedicated 240V/50A outlet installed in my 2-car attached garage for a Level 2 EV charger. Panel is in the garage. Distance from panel to outlet location is approx. 20 feet.
Existing faucet is corroded and leaking at base. I've purchased a replacement (Delta Trinsic). Also have slow drains under kitchen sink — suspect deteriorated P-trap and supply lines. Need it all done same visit.
1/4 acre backyard heavily overgrown after 2-year neglect. Need full cleanup, lawn aeration + overseed, removal of 3 dead shrubs, and new drought-tolerant plantings along fence line (~40 linear feet).
